The final version will display consultation duration, the applicable total fee, timezone, meeting format, confirmation process and the conditions for cancellation, rescheduling and any refund.
Situations to address
The practice will define the procedure and time limits for changes, no-shows, late arrivals, technical difficulties, cancellation by the practice and failed or duplicate payments.
Acceptance and confirmation
Approved conditions will be accessible before payment. A real reservation will depend on verification of payment and availability, rather than selection of a slot alone.
